Are children able to attend Craft Bound events?

Currently, you must be over 18 years of age to attend our events.



What payment methods do you accept?


We accept online Paypal and credit card payments.  We also accept electronic bank deposits, Australia Post money orders and cash on request.



What are your postage and handling costs and when will I receive my order?


Postage and handling costs for products purchased from our shop are calculated during checkout.  There is no postage and handling applicable to activities and event bookings and tickets.  Your payment confirmation will act as your ticket.


We post our orders using Australia Post.  For orders to Australia, allow up to 7 days from your cleared payment date for delivery.  For all other countries, allow up to 14 days.  This is subject to delivery services and customs requirments for your respective country.



What about taxes and customs charges?


Craft Bound pays for all of the applicable Australian taxes and other charges.  We do not pay for taxes and charges imposed by Customs Agencies outside of Australia.  You will be responsible for any of these additional fees.  Sometimes, customs will charge a fee and other times they will not.  If you have any further questions, please call the Customs Agency for your respective country.



In what currency are your prices?


All prices are in Australian dollars.



What is your returns and cancellation policy?


We understand that you may change your mind about products purchased from our shop.  You may receive a merchandise credit or refund for the item value only within 14 days of the shipment date.  The postage and handling costs are non-refundable.


The items must be returned in their original condition.  Craft Bound is not responsible for lost or damaged products.  Ensure that you return them in sturdy packaging similar to what we have sent you.  Notify us that you are returning the item before posting it.


Postage for returned or exchanged products is at your cost, so we encourage you to choose carefully.


Due to pre planning and sourcing of tools and materials required for workshops and other events, all tickets or bookings are strictly non-refundable and can not be transfered to another date.



Can I transfer my event ticket or booking to someone else?


Yes.  Be sure to advise us of the person's name prior to the event.



Are there any extra costs involved on the day of the event?


Unless otherwise stated, tea, coffee, tools and materials are all included in the price of the workshop.  Tea and coffee is provided at the meet ups.  At some events, there may be the opportunity to purchase additional supplies to continue your craft projects at home.



What is your privacy policy?  Do you share my personal information with anyone?


Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated confidentially and will not be released or sold to any entities or individuals outside of Craft Bound.


If you make a purchase with Craft Bound, we do add your name and email address to our e-newsletter mailing list so that we can keep you up to date with the latest news.  You can select to unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time after receiving your first issue.
